Representatives Uyterhoeven of Somerville, Barber of Somerville and Connolly of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0025, in the final line, by inserting after “continued” the following:  "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Community Action Agency of Somerville, Inc. for unanticipated costs not covered by federal grants"
