Amendment #1028 to H4700

North Main Street Sidewalk

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 7008-1116, by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the purpose of improving the reconstruction of the existing sidewalks, as well as connecting the sidewalk network to the DCR parking lot for the Mass Central Rail Trail. The improvement would be approximately 4,700 LF of asphalt sidewalk on the west side of the roadway." and in said item by striking out the figures "100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "350,000"
