Amendment #1038 to H4700

Shellfish Propagation

Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2330-0100, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for shellfish propagation in Barnstable, Dukes and Nantucket counties to be administered jointly by the director of marine fisheries and counties.”
