Yes We Care's  Leaders In Committed Action (LICA) community service and civics initiatives

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1193, by inserting at the end the following:

provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for Yes We Care's Leaders in Committed Action program to engage youth in community service projects, civic awareness, and personal development, and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “1,025,000."
