Amendment #1053 to H4700

Family Planning

Representatives Fiola of Fall River and Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1005, in lines 10-12, by striking out the following: “for comprehensive family planning services previously funded by Title X Family Planning funding due to restrictions applied federally;” and inserting in place thereof the following: “to enhance comprehensive family planning services funded by Title X Family Planning funding and of that amount, $1,660,000 shall be allocated to Action for Boston Community Development to continue services previously funded by federal Title X funding”.
