Mr. Owens of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1 by inserting after “projects” the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $45,000 shall be expended for History Cambridge for the purposes of developing programming for the City of Cambridge’s 400th anniversary”; and in said item by striking out the figures “100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “145,000”.
