Representatives Peake of Provincetown, Blais of Sunderland, Moran of Lawrence, Nguyen of Andover, Sabadosa of Northampton, Schmid of Westport, O'Day of West Boylston, Pignatelli of Lenox, Vieira of Falmouth, Oliveira of Ludlow, Fernandes of Falmouth, Ciccolo of Lexington, Barrett of North Adams, Domb of Amherst, Minicucci of North Andover, Linsky of Natick, Puppolo of Springfield, Finn of West Springfield, Mark of Peru, Straus of Mattapoisett, Muratore of Plymouth, Duffy of Holyoke, Campbell of Methuen, Williams of Springfield, Keefe of Worcester, Lewis of Framingham, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Donahue of Worcester, Robertson of Tewksbury and Carey of Easthampton move to amend the bill in section 2E, in item 1595-6370, in line 11, by striking at the end the following: “and provided further, that in the distribution of performance grants under section 58 of this act, prioritization shall be given to a regional transit authority whose contract assistance under section 23 of said chapter 161B is less than 50 per cent of the net cost of service of the regional transit authority’, and in said item by striking out the figures “$94,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$101,000,000”
