Frederick Douglass Statue

Mr. Cassidy of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: “and provided further that not less than $75,000.00 shall be expended for the construction and maintenance of a Frederick Douglass Statue in the city of Brockton”.
