Fairness to Discharged members of the Massachusetts State Police

Mr Turco of Winthrop Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill by addition of the following section:

SECTION XXXX.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any member of the uniformed service of the Massachusetts State Police terminated from employment for failure to follow an order to receive a Covid-19 vaccine shall be deemed "honorably discharged."  This section shall apply to an such termination occurring from and after January 1, 2021.
