Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0012, in line 2, by inserting after "in high-risk areas;" the following: "provided further, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended for the Cape Verdean Association of Brockton for employment positions for at-risk youth within their YEP! We Can Summer Program"
