Town of Holden Mixed Use Redevelopment

Ms. Ferguson of Holden moves to amend the bill in section 2 in line-item 7008-1116 by inserting at the end of said item the following words:-

“Provided further, that not less than $400,000 be expended for a village overlay district/mixed use redevelopment of the former Department of Public Works building on Main Street in the Town  of Holden.”
