Amendment #1157 to H4700

Westfield State University Downtown Springfield Innovation Center

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-0000, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for Westfield State University to develop a Downtown Springfield Innovation Center for underserved students from Springfield and the surrounding area with the goal of improving health disparities, community health, aging, and creating a one-year second degree program in nursing ".
