Ms. Belsito of Topsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116 in line number 1 after the words "developmental projects" "; provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the Town of Hamilton for fuel tank and pump replacement"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$300,000"
