Ms. Belsito of Topsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 9110-9002 in line number 9 after the words "ways and means" "; provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Town of Rowley for renovations, accessibility improvements, updates, and repairs to the Rowley Senior Center"; and in said item by striking "$22,366,019" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$22,441,019"
