Massachusetts Tobacco Cessation and Prevention Program

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1112, after the words “and Allied Disorders, Inc” by striking out the words “and provided further, that $5,628,625 shall be expended for smoking prevention and cessation programs, including youth tobacco use prevention and cessation programs.” and replacing it with the following:-

 

“;and provided further, that not less than $6,118,793 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Tobacco Cessation and Prevention Program.”

 

and in said line item by striking out the figures “$11,994,932” and replacing it with the figures “$12,494,932”
