Amendment #1177 to H4700

Mass Audubon

Mr. Mom of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for Mass Audubon  to jointly acquire and conserve, with Lowell Parks and Conservation Trust, land at 1413-1415 Varnum Ave. in the City of Lowell”, and further moves to amend the same item by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$1,100,000”
