Birth to Three Center in Ipswich

Ms. Belsito of Topsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 3000-7000 in line number 12 after the words "data system" "; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Birth to Three Center in Ipswich to provide services including, but not limited to, support to evidence-based early childhood education programs that promote language, literacy, and social-emotional skill development and best practices for supporting children, families, and the early childhood workforce and establish infrastructure to facilitate wraparound health and wellness programming for children and families" and in said item by striking "$17,519,623" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$17,619,623"
