Staff Support for District Clerks

Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 75 the following section:

"SECTION XX. Chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended in section 10 by adding after the words “northern Berkshire;”:

“district court of Edgartown;”

and hereby further amended in section 10 by adding after the words “western Hampden;”:

“district court of Nantucket;”."
