Buzzards Bay Water Quality Monitoring

Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2000-0100, by by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for a coastal water quality and natural resource monitoring program in Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound administered by the Buzzards Bay Coalition”
