Amendment #1190 to H4700

State Sanitary Code

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Gifford of Wareham, Barrows of Mansfield and Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill, in section 2A, in item 7004-0101, by striking out following:-

“and that said housing adequately accommodates the size and disabilities of the family;”

and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“and which housing continues to meet the state sanitary code for the number of occupants residing in such housing, including the family applying for emergency assistance;”
