Small Business Development

Mr. Mom of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for small business development in the city of Lowell through the Department of Planning and Development, and further moves to amend the same item by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$600,000”
