Ms. Belsito of Topsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7010-1192 in line number 2 after the words "improvement projects" "; provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Creative Learning Integrated Curriculum Innovation to support STEAM education in Topsfield Elementary Schools"; and in said item by striking the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$125,000"
