Cooler Communities

Ms. Gouveia of Acton Moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2000-0100, by inserting after "General Laws" the following: "provided further, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended to Cooler Communities, a statewide climate education program that leverages classroom teaching opportunities and community engagement to empower students and parents to make smarter energy choices".
