Language Justice in the State House

Ms. Gouveia of Acton Moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1102-1128, by inserting after "hard of hearing" the following: "and translation and interpretation into the state’s top 10 languages"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$147,008" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$247,008".
