Healthcare Access for Isolated Communities

Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Martha’s Vineyard Community Services for the purpose of increasing access to health and human services on Martha’s Vineyard.”
