International Puerto Rican Studies Association Conference

Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0300, in line 33, by inserting after "travel" the following: "Not less than $7,000 shall be expended for the International Puerto Rican Studies Conference to its fiscal agent, the Holyoke Public Library”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$22,500,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$22,507,000".
