Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill by striking out SECTION 4 and inserting in place thereof the following section: “SECTION 4. Section 15 of chapter 12 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the words “$191,000 annually” and inserting in place thereof the following: “$195,000 annually; provided, however, that the district attorneys shall be paid an amount not less than the salary of the chief justices of the seven court departments”.”
