Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0012, in line 2, by inserting after "in high-risk areas;" the following: "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the SABURA Youth Programs Inc. year-round youth programs and creation of a summer/fall youth development workshop and basketball clinic that focus on health & wellness, leadership, and life skills for youth in the City of Brockton "
