Access Fund for Gender Affirming Clothes, Supplies, and Procedures

Ms. Gouveia of Acton Moves to amend the bill in Section 2 by inserting after item 4590-0250 the following item: "For the establishment of a fund that would increase access to gender affirming clothing and supplies, as well as gender affirming procedures, including the offsetting of copays for such procedures ..... $250,000".
