Union Street Stone Wall in Mansfield

Mr. Barrows of Mansfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1599-0026, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $90,000 shall be expended for costs associated with the preservation and rebuilding of the Union Street stone wall around the original town cemetery in the Town of Mansfield”
