Mansfield Town Hall Security Improvements

Mr. Barrows of Mansfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1599-0026, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for costs associated with security improvements for the Mansfield Town Hall”
