Mr. Barrows of Mansfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1599-0026, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for costs associated with the feasibility study, the conversion, and general improvements as they relate to the Mansfield police station being converted into a center for the Council on Aging in the Town of Mansfield”
