Enhancing Housing Authorities

Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9005, by inserting at the end thereof :-

"provided further that no employee of a housing authority shall simultaneously be an elected executive officer within the same municipality in which the authority is located"
