Representatives Tyler of Boston, Williams of Springfield and González of Springfield moves to amend the bill, in section 2, by inserting after item 8000-0600 the following item, provided further that $2,000,000 for the operation of the project safe neighborhood grant program for the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security
