Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4510-0110, by inserting at the end thereof the following: “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 for the Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts to support 413Cares regional response to the 2019 novel coronavirus pandemic;”
