Rail Trail Improvements

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that no less than $50,000 be expended for improvements to the Mass Central Rail Trail in the Town Clinton;”
