Procurement Requirement for Charter Schools

Mr. Ultrino of Malden Representative Ultrino of Malden moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9010, in line 10, by inserting after "$1,088" the following: "provided further, that commonwealth charter schools shall adhere to chapter 30B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, in order to receive the per-pupil capital facilities component of the commonwealth charter school tuition rate for fiscal year of 2023”
