Mr. Ramos of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after line item 9110-9002 “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the City of Springfield for outdoor improvements to its Raymond A. Jordan Senior Center,” with the corresponding increase in the final amount of the line item to reflect the earmark amount.
