Climate Justice Education and Advocacy Training for Youth

Mr. Hawkins of Attleboro moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0005, in line 13, by inserting after the word “initiatives” the following “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for Our Climate for the purpose of providing climate justice education, advocacy training and skills development to youth" and in said item by striking out the figures “$12,491,871” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$12,691,871”.
