Social Worker Secondary Trauma Course

Ms. Fluker Oakley of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0091 in line 11 by inserting after the word “system; ”, the following: "provided further that not less than $250,000 be expended to the SEIU Local 509 Commonwealth Human Service Workers and Educators Training Professional Development Fund to train and address the impacts of secondary trauma on DCF social workers"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$3,105,140” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,355,140".
