Mr. Ramos of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after line item 1410-1616 “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the city of Springfield for its Godfrey Triangle WWI memorial restoration project,” with the corresponding increase in the final amount of the line item to reflect the earmark amount.
