Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 8324-0000 by inserting the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 for the Boston Sparks Association, Inc. to assist first responders during emergency situations" and moves to further amend in said item by striking the item "$35,571,786" and inserting in place thereof "$35,596,786".
