Watertown Dam removal

Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2300-0101, by inserting after “entities” the following: “; provided, that not less than $1,250,000 shall be expended for the removal of the Watertown Dam”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$4,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$5,250,000”.
