Amendment #1386 to H4700

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford Moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:
SECTION XXXX. Not more than $57,000,000 for accelerated tax credits for the Housing Development Incentive Program, established in section 2 of chapter 40V of the General Laws, to approved and certified housing development projects, according to subsections (1) through (4) in section 38BB of chapter 63 of the General Laws.
