Amendment #1387 to H4700

Transitional Relief Gateway City School Districts

Mr. Tucker of Salem moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 7061-0008, by adding the following: "provided, that not less than $3,300,000 shall be used to provide transitional relief to any so-called gateway city school district spending above the state average for per pupil total expenditures during 2018-2020 and receiving minimum Chapter 70 aid in FY2023."
