Chelmsford Vinal Square Transportation Improvements

Mr. Arciero of Westford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1595-6368, by adding the following at the end thereof: "; provided further that not less than $340,000 shall be expended for the preliminary design of transportation improvements to Vinal Square in the town of Chelmsford.”
