Teen Empowerment

Ms. Miranda of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4590-1507, by inserting after the word “youth” the following: "and provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the "Center for Teen Empowerment, Inc.”: and in said item by striking out the figures ”$2,400,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$2,600,000."
