Chelmsford Varney Playground Improvements

Mr. Arciero of Westford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0005, by adding the following at the end thereof: "; provided further that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for playing field improvements and playground equipment at the Varney Playground in the town of Chelmsford.”
