Amendment #1402 to H4700

Mental Health Services in Braintree Public Schools

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by inserting after the word “Laws” the following:- “; provided further that no less than $300,000 shall be expended for mental health services in Braintree Public Schools”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$400,000”.
