Zero Carbon Renovation Fund

Ms. Gouveia of Acton Moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: "Section XXXX. Chapter 23J of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section: ""Section 13. There is hereby established and placed within the center a fund to be known as the Zero Carbon Renovation Fund. Said fund shall be used to award grants for the purpose of zero carbon retrofits. On the effective date of this act, the comptroller shall transfer no less than $250,000,000 from the General Fund to the Zero Carbon Renovation Fund established in this section for the purposes of carrying out this act.""."
